Loyalty and Trust

John Darr: "I do not take commission on our clients' media buys or marketing spends. I want to spend the exact amount it will take to meet your goals and not a penny more. My loyalties are with my client, not a station or site willing to kickback a higher commission to get a sale. This policy allows me to negotiate maximum bang for the buck and my clients trust my recommendation is in their best interest. New clients often ask, 'if you don't take commission, how do you get paid?' We work on retainer, by project or annually. We develop a plan and budget together to accomplish well-identified goals. Then we agree upon the hours and investment it will take to implement that plan. My proposals clearly lay out all deliverables and services."

Solutions in Diversity

We see projects from start to finish. John is available by cell 24/7 and he'll answer when you call. Some clients call with specialty projects like seasonal marketing campaigns. For other clients, John is their de facto Communication Director, Social Media Manager or General Communication Consultant. Some clients need us for a few hours a month, others for a few hours a day. We make it work. Early in one day, John talked a client through communication strategies for an unexpected dissolution of her company when her business partner got greedy. Contracts were in jeopardy, she couldn't skip a beat. By lunch that day, we were hard at work rebranding her marketing materials. By dinner, her new website was up. By midnight, we had sent the invoice.
